Leeloo privacy policy

Last updated: October 7, 2026.

Leeloo is a personal assistant used only by its developer, Aaron Smith, with his own Google account. Nobody else signs in to it.

What it accesses

With Aaron's permission, Leeloo uses the Gmail API to search, read, label and archive messages in his own mailbox, so it can sort and summarize his email.

How the data is used

Gmail data is used only to give Aaron those email features. It is processed on his own computer. It is not sold, not shared with anyone else, not used for advertising, and not used to train AI models. People do not read his mail through Leeloo.

Storage

Leeloo keeps short summaries of mail status on Aaron's own computer. The Google sign-in token is stored there too. Nothing is copied to a public server.

Google API Services User Data Policy

Leeloo's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

Revoking access

Access can be removed at any time at myaccount.google.com/permissions. Deleting the stored token on Aaron's computer also ends it.

Changes

If this policy changes, the date above will change.
